LTB Scholars Tour at Hotel Celeste Santis Deli and Euro Swiss Sausage Factory
Last 17 April 2010, our LTB Scholars from Cebu, Bacolod and Iloilo were treated to a familiarization tour of the the Hotel Celeste Boutique Hotel on Arnaiz Avenue. The tour was led by no less than Chef Cyrille Soenen, Chef Patron of Restaurant Cicou, the boutique hotel's fine dining restaurant.
