LTB Philippines Chefs Association is the premier professional chefs association in the Philippines and a member of the World Association of Chefs Societies (WORLDCHEFS). We invite you to join us in promoting the Filipino Culinary Professional to the rest of the world.

 

Mission, Vision, Philosophy

 

LTB Philippines Chefs Association is a non-profit organization aiming to bring together, hotel and restaurant professionals such as: Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, Pastry Chefs, Caterers, Wine Sommeliers, Purchasing Managers, Caterers, Food & Beverage Officers, Culinary School Educators, Gourmets, Gourmands, and the like, regardless of nationality

LTB Philippines Chefs Association is a member of the World Association of Chefs Societies (WORLDCHEFS), which is the world governing body of culinary associations dedicated to maintaining and improving the culinary standards of global cuisines. www.worldchefs.org

 

 

We intend to bring together, for social and vocational purposes, these professionals in order to:

  • Create links of friendship, professional cooperation, and mutual understanding 
  • Promote cooking, recipes, high quality products, and technical equipment 
  • Help train, recruit, and find work for professionals away from their country of origin 
  • Foster information and communication among members 
  • Organize professional exchanges and make available all advantages reserved for the profession
