MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES 2024

I. Membership Categories:

 

A. PROFESSIONAL members are individuals currently practicing the profession as Chefs, Chef/Patron, Chef Instructors, Pastry Chefs, Butchers, Line Cooks – including individuals who are self-employed or are Food & Beverage executives and personnel employed by the Hotel, Restaurant, Catering and Hospitality industry in the Philippines and overseas.
Professional members have voting rights.

 

B. AFFILIATED members are individuals in food and non-food related organizations/companies as well as non-industry related individuals who share and support the aims of the association.
Affiliated members are without voting rights.

 

C. CORPORATE members are nominated representatives of organizations or companies that are related to the F&B/Hospitality trade and are without voting rights.
Each organization is eligible to send not more than two (2) representatives per event to the gatherings of the Association.
For changes in nominations and representatives,   the Membership Committee must be notified in writing.

 

D. ACADEMIA members are nominated representatives of educational institutions that are related to the F&B/Hospitality trade and are without voting rights.
Each organization is eligible to send not more than two (2) representatives per event to the gatherings of the Association.
For changes in nominations and representatives,   the Membership Committee must be notified in writing.

 

II. Membership Fees:

A. PROFESSIONAL members: Php 5,000.00 per year
B. AFFILIATED members: Php 5,000.00 per year
C. CORPORATE members: Php 20,000.00 per year
D. ACADEMIA members: Php 20,000.00 per year




III. MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION PROCESS

 

1. Scan and email the following documents in jpeg or pdf format:

 

2. The Membership committee will review your application at the next LTB Phils. Chef Association Board Meeting. You will receive notice within 30 days of your Application.

 

3.  Once you have receive your Membership Approval, please make payment via online link which will be sent to you or deposit applicable membership dues to:
