Since 2011, LTB Philippines Chefs Association in partnership with the Pastry Alliance of the Philippines and Premier Events Plus Group/WOFEX has been presenting the only World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS) endorsed culinary competition in the country, the Philippine Culinary Cup (PCC).
Over 1000 chefs and culinary professionals from the Philippines and South East Asia converge at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia, Manila for this 4-day event officiated by only WACS approved local and international culinary judges. WORLDCHEFS
All competitions at the PCC focus on professional skill development with importance given to practicality and use of contemporary cooking and serving techniques.
