Worldchefs Congress 2024

LTB had an enriching experience at the Worldchefs Congress 2024, uniting culinary professionals to celebrate innovation in the culinary arts. Hosted by the Singapore Chefs Association, the Congress was held in Marina Bay Sands in Singapore last October 20 to 25, 2024. There were 33 LTB Philippines delegates, led by Chef Jerome Valencia, who attended the Congress along with more than 50 other Philippine delegates and over 500 delegates from around the world.

The delegates engaged in workshops and masterclasses led by renowned chefs, gaining valuable insights into the latest trends and techniques. Networking played a key role, which allowed them to connect with industry leaders and culinary enthusiasts – fostering collaboration and building beneficial relationships. 

Chef Andy Cuthbert was announced as the newly elected President of Worldchefs. His vision for Worldchefs is rooted in a commitment to inclusivity, knowledge-sharing, and sustainable practices, which have earned him respect and admiration throughout the culinary world. 

Overall, the congress was a rewarding experience that left everyone with fresh perspectives and renewed enthusiasm. We look forward to implementing new ideas and continuing our commitment to excellence in the culinary field. 

The next Worldchefs Congress will be held in Newport, Wales in 2026, which will be hosted by the Culinary Association of Wales.
