Dear Chefs and Friends,
We are happy to share with you pictures from the Philippine Culinary Cup (PCC) 2013 held at the SMC Convention Center last July 31 to August 3, 2013. We thank you for the continued support of the only World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS) Culinary Competition in the Philippines! As the only competition of its level in the Philippines, Filipino chefs are given to opportunity to compete in world, class facilities with a jury of over 20 WACS accredited Culinary Judges from all over the world, guaranteeing international standards for competition and quality.
Highlights from the 2013 PCC include a demonstration and seminar on Sustainable Seafood by US Top Chef Master's Finalist Rick Moonen of Rick Moonen Seafood Las Vegas and visits by WACS President Gissur Gudmunsson and WACS GM Ragnar Fridricksson.
