We are excited to bring you a recap of our 11th Annual General Meeting, which took place last October 12, 2024, at The Banquet Hall of Milky Way, featuring dishes from Tsukiji Makati. The event was a resounding success, marked by collaboration and forward-thinking initiatives. The gathering began with a warm welcome from our LTB President, Chef Jerome Valencia, setting a positive tone for the day.
The President delivered an insightful report, highlighting our association’s 29 accomplishments over the past year and setting ambitious goals for the future. A thorough review of our financial statements was presented, underscoring our commitment to transparency and fiscal responsibility. Members actively participated in nominating and electing the new Board of Trustees, ensuring strong and visionary leadership for the upcoming term. We proudly announced a new partnership with Arla, paving the way for innovative collaborations and growth within our culinary community. Blizzardref and Unox captivated attendees with presentations on cutting-edge culinary technologies and solutions, sparking inspiration and new ideas.
The meeting concluded with a delightful session of food and drinks, which provided a perfect setting for members to network, share experiences, and foster a sense of community. As we move forward, we are filled with optimism and determination, and we remain committed to elevating the standards of our industry and embracing new opportunities.
