Chef's Table @ Saw Saw by Chef Sau del Rosario

This exclusive event, which was held last August 27, 2024 at the Balmori Suites, featured the culinary brilliance of Chef Sau del Rosario. This was more than just a dinner; it was a journey through flavors, a celebration of creativity, and a gathering of friends who share a passion for exceptional cuisine.

 

The dinner began with a selection of hors d'oeuvres that tantalized the palate, showcasing Chef Sau’s flair for marrying traditional ingredients with modern twists. Highlights included the Sisig Foie Gras “Pie Tee”, and the Adobong Pusit on Toast, which set the stage for a memorable meal.

 

The main courses were a true testament to Chef Sau’s culinary prowess. Guests enjoyed a series of meticulously crafted dishes, including the Pork Kurobuta and Lengua “Menudo”, and the U.S. SRF Wagyu Bifstek with Caramelized Shallots and Mushroom Confit. Each course was paired with carefully selected wines, enhancing the flavors and creating a harmonious dining experience.
