As the desserts were being served, LTB President, Chef Carlo Miguel thanked the sponsors and gave the floor to Lee Kum Kee's representative, Reggie Madarang, to introduce their newest product, the Lee Kum Kee Liquid Seasoning.
Chef Carlo also announced LTB's upcoming CSR project with Anya Resorts Tagaytay for the Kalipay Negrense Foundation. The non-profit organization located in Bacolod currently houses at least 110 disadvantaged children from various backgrounds. The project aims to make the community self-sufficient by raising funds to furnish an in-house bakery that would eventually serve as a venue to teach the children livelihood skills such as baking. The event garnered a total donation of forty-five thousand six hundred pesos (Php45,600). LTB Philipines Chefs Association pledges to match the amount. Before the night ended, guests were gifted with loot bags from Lee Kum Kee, and raffle prizes courtesy of Anya Resort Tagaytay were won by four lucky winners.
