Dear Chefs, Members and Friends,
Greetings from LTB Philippines Chefs Association!
On behalf of the Sociedad Española de Beneficencia (SEB), we would like to extend our sincere gratitude for your support in staging a successful Paella Gigante 2019 at the Greenbelt 3 Park last March 16, 2019.
Our compliments to all LTB Chefs led by our Paella Capitan, Chef J. Gamboa and Co-Captain Jerome Valencia who braved the intense heat and cooked a genuinely delicious Paella Mixta. Our thanks to the Philippine Young Chefs Club (PYCC) headed by their president Chef Cherrie Uy-Tan for their invaluable assistance to the LTB Chefs.
As you know, all proceeds of this event will go to the Sociedad Española de Beneficencia’s shelter and healthcare programs for the elderly. And all of this will not be possible without the generosity of all our wonderful sponsors Alternatives Food Corp., Bares & Estrellas, Cerveseria, Cirkulo, ESV International Corp./PTC Commercial Corp., Fundador, Greenbelt, Green Heights, Toscana Farms, Mida Food Specialists, Instituto Cervantes, Maestro Cortador Filipino, Molinera, Pascual Yogurt, Terry’s Selection, Tierra de España, Sweetlink and Ayala Malls.
