Othmar Frei is General Manager for the Werdenberg Group of Companies. Having joined the company in its early years, he is among the pioneers of the business. Othmar is responsible for making sure that Werdenberg is able to maintain consistency in product quality, service and pricing policy. He attended a culinary school for chefs in Switzerland. Being a chef by profession, he has had international working experience in various hotels & restaurants in Switzerland, South Africa, Puerto Rico and New York before moving to the Philippines.  Aside from the operations on Werdenberg and Santis Delis, Othmar is also responsible for the company's restaurants: Carpaccio, Bianca's Chesa, Cave Werdenberg and an upcoming steak house.  He is also an accredited international culinary judge.
