Chef Sito Senn is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. Upon his return to the Philippines, he became co-chef of La Tasca restaurant and assistant manager of San Mig Pub. He later went on to be the chef/manager of Pazzo, Piu Pazzo and El Cuento Restaurants. Currently he is the F & B Consultant of The Country Club in Santa Rosa, Laguna and Chef Consultant of La Tasca Catering. He is also connected with Euro-Swiss Food Incorporated and Säntis Delicatessen.
