Dear Chefs and Friends,
Greetings from LTB Philippines!
2013 the 8th year of the LTB Culinary Scholarship Program. To date 120 teachers from all over the Philippines have successfully completed this course, sharing their knowledge and experiences, helping improve culinary education in the Philippines. This could not have been done without the support of our membership, sponsors, friends and most especially Chef Norbert Gandler and the ISCAHM team for their generous support of this project from it's inception. Special thanks to International School of Culinary Arts and Hotel Management, Werdenberg International Corporation Euro Swiss, Unilever Food Solutions, Gastro Chef Knives, Aubergine Restaurant, Mr. Hans Schallenberg, Chef Ueli Williman, Ms. Goldie San Luis, Chef Joanne Limoanco, Mr. Per Stangegaard and Chef Stefan Lagenham for hosting and sponsoring our scholars year after year!
Big thanks you all and job well done!
Best regards,
