Happy LTB-WACS International Chefs Day to all!
We appreciate all your efforts time and support in helping our association Les Toques Blanches Philippines promote and encourage the Filipino Professional Chef!
Thanks to your generosity over the years we have been able to send over 75 teachers from the provinces to the LTB Culinary Scholarship Program in ISCAHM and Enderun; compete in international culinary events (HKICC FHA Singapore Perth Australia); hold a world class WACS accredited culinary competition with the Pastry Alliance of the Philippines and Premier Events Plus the Philippine Culinary Cup and many more chefs tables and events that support our profession. We look forward to working with all of you more closely in the future!
Now let's celebrate! Hope to see you all tonight for our LTB-WACS World Chefs Day Dinner at the Heritage Hotel at 7PM. Chef Alex Chong and the Heritage Hotel Culinary Team will prepare a fantastic menu for us with lots of food wine beer and fun as we celebrate our special day!
