Chef Federico is a native of Venice, Italy and a graduate of the Italian Culinary Arts Institute in Castel Franco.  He has been executive chef at various fine dining restaurants in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur for over 20 years, President of the Jury for Bocuse d'Or 2009, Lyon, Wordchefs A Level Culinary Judge, and cookbook author.  Chef Federico is presently the Culinary Director of Berjaya Culinary College, KL.

LTB Vice-President, chef Carlo Miguel Carlo is the corporate executive chef of Foodee Global Concepts' Foo'd by Davide Oldani, The Foodhall, Pound, Flatterie, Bench Cafe, Sunnies Cafe and Mesa.  He is Wordchefs B Level Culinary Judge.
