I’m happy to inform you that our 5 LTB-ENDERUN scholars from San Juan de Letran Laguna and UP Los Banos have just completed their 5 day Culinary Foundation Course at Enderun Colleges. Thank you Chef See Pres. Javier Infante Mr. Daniel Perez Ms. Tricia Tensuan and the Enderun Colleges Team for your generosity and support of the LTB-ENDERUN scholars! Special thanks to Chef Thomas Wenger for sharing his time and expertise! And the biggest thanks to all our LTB members and supporters! Without your membership dues and attendance at the chefs tables we would not be able to have 68 scholars since 2005!

Great news!!! Our LTB Apprentice for the Bocuse d’Or Asia Finals last March 2010 TJ Abello has just won the Miele Guide Culinary Scholarship Program. He bested other applicants from 17 Asian Countries for the 21 month scholarship at the Sunrice Culinary Academy in Singapore. Congratz TJ! We’re proud of you!
