Dear Chefs and Members
Thanks to all those who attended and their sent proxy forms for our Annual General Meeting last June 3 2014 at the Mabini Room of the MilkyWay Cafe. At the AGM after a quorum was certified by LTB Phils. Chefs Corporate Secretary Jerome Valencia I presented the President's Report and Financial Report which you may find below. After which the following were elected to the Board of Trustees for the association:

After adjournment of the AGM the Organizational Meeting of the Board of Trustees was convened whereby the following have been elected to another term:
