Dear Chefs and Members,
In commemoration of International Chefs Day 2018, LTB Philippines Chefs Association in cooperation with Nestlé Professionals traveled to the town of Tanauan in Batangas, Philippines to celebrate the WorldChefs’ theme “Healthy Foods for Growing Up”.
LTB Philippines partnered with Nestlé Professional Philippines and spent the day in Janopol Occidental Elementary School last November 13, 2018. It was a day filled with fun activities & presentations teaching the Thirty-four (34) school children the importance of healthy eating.
Together with LTB Philippines Chefs James Antolin, J. Gamboa, Marga Marty, Rommel Hinlo, J.A. Ventura, Nestlé Chef Regina Acorda-Mendoza and the Philippine Young Chefs Club demonstrated in the handling & presentation of fresh fruits & vegetables. The children were very enthusiastic & enjoyed the hands-on food preparation experience.
