LTB Philippines is committed to the development of the Filipino Professional Chef through our programs, which promote skill development and excellence in the culinary field.
We are pleased to announce that LTB Philippines Chefs Association will be competing in the Qualifying Final Asia round for the WorldChefs Global Chef Challenge will be held in Bangkok, Thailand. This competition is a special highlight of Thaifex 2019 which runs from May 28 to June 1, 2019. The semifinal winners will be the Asia representatives at the WorldChefs World Congress 2020 in St. Petersburg, Russia.
LTB Philippines Chefs Association is sending two of its best to pit against the other professionals and young chefs in 2 semifinal categories of this WorldChefs endorsed competition!
· LTB Philippines member Chef Gerhard Gendrano, Best Chef - Philippine Culinary Cup 2017 and multi-medalled in several WorldChefs accredited culinary competitions, vies to represent Asia in the Global Chefs Challenge category.
· Global Academy Student Greizel Faye Andot contends to be Asia’s delegate in the Global Young Chefs Challenge - The Hans Bueschkens Trophy. She will be coached by LTB Philippines member Chef Michael Yap of Global Academy.
