A welcome dinner was hosted at IKOMAI/TOCHI by Chef James Antolin. The night marked the beginning of a fruitful week for our teacher-scholars.
The first week culminated in a tour of the Euro-Swiss Food Inc commissary, where the teacher-scholars met Euro-Swiss Master Butcher, Chef Hubert Weber. Teacher-scholars gained valuable insights into large-scale sausage production, from logistics to quality control. This experience provided invaluable insights into the industry.
After two weeks, a graduation ceremony was held at Azuthai Restaurant. Our teacher-scholars were presented certificates by Chef Norbert Gandler of ISCAHM, followed by a very touching tribute from our teacher-scholars to LTB.
Nacionale Bladeworks also provided our teacher-scholars with a beautiful Knife Set consisting of a Chef’s Knife, Fish Spatula, and Large Tasting Spoon. Thank you so much to Nacionale Bladeworks for supporting our scholars!
The completion of this program is just the beginning of a new chapter for these educators.
Equipped with fresh knowledge and renewed enthusiasm, our teacher-scholars are now ready to implement innovative practices in their classrooms and make a lasting impact on their students' educational journeys.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the teacher-scholars for their dedication and achievements during this program. We are excited to see how they will apply what they have learned and continue to inspire their students.
To all our members, your ongoing support and commitment make such initiatives possible. Together, we are making a difference in the lives of educators and students in rural communities. Thank you for being a part of this journey.
Stay tuned for more updates and stories of success from our community!
