They recently completed a fifteen (15) day intensive sanitation & culinary course at the International School for Culinary Arts & Management (ISCAHM) led by LTB member Chef Norbert Gandler.

Our special thanks to Unilever Food Solutions and Euro-Swiss Food Inc. for hosting Batch 14 in their respective company tours. We are also thankful for the generosity of LTB member Mr. Marco Verzosa of Chef’s Edge Mktg. for giving each scholar a personalized Chef’s Edge knife set as their graduation gifts. And lastly, our gratitude to LTB President Chef James Antolin of Ikomai & Tochi Desserts for the scholars welcome dinner and LTB Director Chef J. Gamboa of Azuthai Restaurant for hosting the graduation lunch ceremonies.
