It is now time for our LTB Culinary Scholarship Program on May 8-24, 2018. We are happy to welcome the 15 scholars of Batch 13 for a 2 week culinary and sanitation course at ISCAHM with tours at Euro-Swiss Food, Inc. and Unilever Food Solutions. All scholars will be having a personalized knife set courtesy of Chef’s Edge.
