We are happy to announce that the 9th batch of LTB Culinary Scholars successfully completed their culinary and sanitation course at ISCAHM last May 8, 2014 with a special graduation lunch at Aubergine Restaurant.
From April 22 to May 8 2014 our teacher scholars from Laguna, Iligan, Bulacan, Cotabato and Pampanga attended a special training program at ISCAHM as well as various LTB Philippines Chefs Association cocktails, educational tours and dinner:

Special thanks to Chef Nobert Gandler and the ISCAHM team for hosting our scholars for the 9th consecutive year. To date a total of 130 teachers from all over the Philippines have successfully completed this program thereby bringing with them a solid foundation in culinary and sanitation education to share with their students. Thank you to Gastro Chef for providing our scholars with knife kits and thanks to the members and friends of LTB Philippines who have supported this project all these years!
