Congratulations to our 15 LTB Culinary Scholars for 2011 for completing their 15 day program at ISCAHM! Special thanks to all our LTB chefs friends and supporters for making this program possible for the last 6 years and 78 scholars! Thank you Chefs Othmar and Hubi Goldie Mimi Thea and the WIC Team for hosting our scholars at the welcome cocktails and for the tour of Euro Swiss Sausage Factory Santis and WIC Storerooms. Thank you Chefs Norbert and Uli Hans Lotees and the the ISCAHM-Aubergine Team for sharing your time and resources with our scholars at ISCAHM and for hosting the fantastic graduation lunch. Thanks Chef Joanne and Unilever for hosting the scholars at your test kitchen. Thank you to Per and Gastrochef for the Gastrochef knife kits for the scholars that will be put to good use in the kitchen and classroom.
