Dear Friends and Members,
We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined us at this year's Annual International Chefs Day Dinner hosted at the Glasshouse in New World Makati. The exquisite menu for the evening was thoughtfully crafted by Chef Giovanni Sias, the Executive Chef at New World Makati, who skillfully blends his culinary heritage with contemporary twists, presenting a delightful fusion of traditional Italian classics and innovative flavors that elevate each dish to new heights.
The event kicked off with a warm welcome and expressions of gratitude from our new LTB President, Chef Jerome Valencia, towards the chefs and guests present. Chef Giovanni took the guests on a journey through his meticulously curated menu, while DJ Agnes Macasaet provided entertainment throughout the dinner.
The lively and cheery atmosphere of the Glasshouse added to the overall enjoyment of the evening.
The LTB Philippines Chefs Association expresses sincere gratitude to the attendees and sponsors for their unwavering support of our events and projects.
