Chef's Table @ Tsukiji

Dear Members and Friends,

May 15, 2024 — Members and friends indulged in an unforgettable dining experience, where every bite and sip was a symphony of taste and refinement, making it a night to remember at Tsukiji Makati.

With over 70 attendees, the night is a celebration of laughter, great memories, and of the finest seafood and meats paired with premium sake and wine. Tsukiji Masterchef Toshiro Okajima and his culinary team crafted a culinary journey, showcasing the greatest and freshest ingredients. Their commitment to excellence was evident in every dish, and we are honored to have had the opportunity to showcase their talent and expertise.

We would also like to thank our friends from Hightower, Inc. guided by the invaluable Mr. Rey Co for providing us with the greatest and freshest ingredients for this dinner.

Finally, we give our sincerest thanks to our valued members and friends for gracing us your presence and enthusiasm. Your support and patronage are the driving force behind our culinary endeavors, and we are grateful for the opportunity to share our passion to promote the Filipino Professional Chef to the world.

Proceeds of the dinner will go to our LTB Culinary Scholarship Program 2024 this July, with 15 teachers from the provinces.
