National Culinary Team Philippines to compete in Food Hotel Asia 2016 Singapore

Dear Chefs and Members,

We are pleased to announce that the LTB Philippines Chefs Association (LTB) together with the Pastry Alliance of the Philippines (PAP) will be competing in Food Hotel Asia Singapore (FHA) on April 12-15, 2016.  After a hiatus of 4 years to establish the Philippine Culinary Cup as the leading and only WACS level culinary competition in the country, the National Culinary Team Philippines is now back and will compete in regional culinary competitions showcasing the talents of the Filipino Professional chef.  Our team of 13 elite chefs will compete in 20 separate culinary and pastry categories vying for the coveted overall Best Chef trophy in the FHA Singapore Culinary Challenge 2016.

LTB and PAP are committed to the development of the Filipino Professional Chef through programs which promote skill development and excellence in the culinary field.  We respectfully request your support for the National Culinary Team Philippines 2016!
