LTB Chefs Table at Osteria Antica

On March 25, 2025, LTB Philippines held a successful Chefs Table Dinner led by Chef Carlo Miguel and his team at Osteria Antica at Level 6, The Podium, 18 ADB Ave, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong. Over 60 attendees enjoyed a delicious five-course menu.


The evening started with Osteria Antica specialty pizzas from their wood burning oven such as Pepperoni Pizza topped with San Marzano tomatoes, spicy salumi, and buffalo mozzarella.


Next, guests enjoyed Hamachi Crudo with aqua pazzo, watermelon, cucumber, lime, and basil, as well as a Jamon Serrano Salad with arugula, radish, tomato, onion, and lemon.


After that, guests had Rigatoni Carbonara with guanciale and black pepper, as well as Spaghetti Bolognese made with beef, pork, San Marzano tomatoes, and parmesan.


The highlight was the Sanchoku F1 Wagyu Bone-in Striploin (MBS 6-7) with porcini mushrooms, wilted spinach, semi-dried tomatoes, and Barolo-black peppercorn jus. Guests also enjoyed the Signature Angus 40-day Dry Aged Tomahawk with beef fat steak fries.


The meal ended with a serving of Mascarpone Cheesecake with strawberries and aged balsamic, Baked Lemon Budino with berries and vanilla mascarpone, and house-made Tiramisu.
