On December 3, 2024, the LTB Annual Christmas Party was held at Origine Spanish Cuisine. The event was a hit, with over 70 chefs, members, and guests in attendance, making for a lively and memorable evening. 

The menu, crafted by Executive Chef Alexandra Cacho, featured a variety of Spanish-inspired dishes. Guests enjoyed an array of pintxos, including Gamba Bullí, Chistorra, and Bacalao, along with Gildas and Pulpo Feira. For the buffet, highlights included Paella Pollo Ibérico, Snake River Farms Sirloin Steaks, and Roasted U.S. Pork Ribs. Desserts included assorted mini Arroz con Leche, Crema Catalana, and Tocino de Cielo, rounding off the meal. 

Guests also savored a selection of red, white, and sparkling wines throughout the night. Most attendees participated in the exchange of gifts, adding to the festive spirit of the evening. Everyone left with loot bags provided by Arla, making the night even more special.
