It is with great pride that we announce the recipient of the inaugural LTB Philippines Chefs Association Culinary Icon Award is Mrs. Glenda R. Barretto of Via Mare.
For over 40 years, Mrs. Barretto has inspired Filipino chefs through her excellence and dedication in promoting Filipino cuisine and developing the Filipino professional chef. The award made by glass and metal artist, Miguel Aguas was presented to Mrs. Barretto on the 6th of April 2017 during the Madrid Fusiòn Manila 2017 at SMX, Mall of Asia.
