Monday, 2 December
Dressed in red, the chefs of LTB Philippines came together to celebrate Christmas at Chesa Bianca Swiss Restaurant in Yakal St, Makati City.
They shared a wonderful Swiss Christmas spread of appetizers, cheeses, salads, carvings and desserts prepared by Chefs Leo, Ambi & Erwin of Chesa Bianca paired with champagne and wines.
LTB President Sito Senn spread Christmas wishes to all on behalf of the Board of Directors. Nacionale Bladeworks CEO, Ryan David, gave away a small gift to all the dinner guests. To cap off the night, the chefs exchanged gifts and went home with much holiday cheer.
