Dear Chefs and Members,
In commemoration of WorldChefs International Chefs Day 2017, LTB Philippines Chefs Association in cooperation with Nestlé Professional traveled to the town of Tanauan in Batangas, Philippines to celebrate the WorldChefs’ theme “Healthy Kids – Foods for Healthy Heroes” with over fifty (50) school children.
LTB Philippines chefs together with members of the Philippine Young Chefs Club spent the day in Banjo East Elementary School last October 13, 2017. It was a day filled with fun activities and presentations about healthy eating with fruits and vegetables.
Chefs Fernando Aracama, Sito Senn, Michelle Adrillana, Mark Ledesma, Paulo Domingo, Cherrie Uy-Tan, Nestlé Chef Regina Acorda-Mendoza and the Philippine Young Chefs Club demonstrated the handling and presentation of fresh fruits and vegetables. The children were very enthusiastic and enjoyed the hands-on food preparation experience.
